Welcome to "Connect with Country - September School Holiday Program," Spend time on Country with Traditional Owners, learning more about Aboriginal culture and knowledge during Spring school break!

Dreaming Stories: Be immersed in the mesmerising world of our Creator beings as our storytellers share ancient tales of creation, spirits, and the land's sacred connection to the Bunurong/Boonwurrung People.
Bush art & crafts: Discover the rich artistic traditions of Aboriginal People as you create your own masterpieces using traditional techniques and symbols. From painting to bark art, your creativity knows no bounds!
Plants of the area: Venture along the river with our experienced guides to explore the flora and fauna of the area. Learn about the native plants and animals that have sustained Aboriginal communities for generations.
Clapstick workshop: Feel the rhythm of the land as you get moving and learn to play the clapsticks. Unleash your inner musician and create captivating melodies inspired by Aboriginal musical traditions.
Cultural Connection: Join in a connecting with Country mindfulness exercise and gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual connection to the land Aboriginal People have had for thousands of years.
